4:47 a.m.- Taimah Duncan, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at Meskwaki Public Works on a charge of assault causing injury and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on surety bond at 7:30 a.m.
May 17
10:44 a.m.- Ryson Cocy Davenport Sr., 23, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of C Street on warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 1:59 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
10:50 a.m.- Charlie James Kacher, 26, Traer, arrested as a probation / parole violator at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo.
2:31 p.m.- Stewart David Smith, 51, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2000 block of H Ave. on seven counts of enticing away a child, two counts of attempting to entice away a child and two counts of indecent contact with a child and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
May 18
1:13 a.m.- Cody Jay Hennings, 21, Garrison, arrested at County Line Road and Sherman Street on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Dysart Police. Released at 2 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
May 20
10:40 a.m.- Richard Keahna, 66, rural Montour, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo on a charge of contempt of court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
