April 12
6:52 p.m.- Phoebe Blanche Kapayou, 19, rural Tama, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and F Avenue on charges of reckless driving, unsafe passing, speeding and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
11:40 p.m.- Irene Ray Rivers, 23, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on charges of criminal trespassing with injury / damage, two counts of assault on a police officer, jailer or health care worker and two counts of interference with official acts – bodily injury.
April 13
8:15 a.m.- Randolph Larry Papakee Jr., 37, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo on a charge of violation of pre-trial release by the Sheriff’s Office.
8:15 a.m.- Sherman Scott Gaulden, 45, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toeldo on a charge of violation of terms of probation by the Sheriff’s Office.
April 14
12:50 p.m.- Samuel Arthur Franzen, 19, Elberon, arrested t Casey’s General Store, Dysart, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance in a premise, vehicle or dwelling, driving while license suspended, possession of pseudoephedrine, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance – serious misdemeanor, manufacture / delivery / possession of a controlled substance and possession of lithium by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
9:01 p.m.- Daniel Thomas Jefferson, 41, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of East 3rd Street on s charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on april 15 at 10:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.
