3:52 a.m.- Randolph Larry Papakee Jr., 37, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Redearth Drive on a charge of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
9:50 p.m.- Sherman Scott Gaulden, 45, Tama, arrested at mile marker 190 eastbound on U.S. Highway 30 Expressway, Toledo, on a charge of 3rd offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
April 7
3:45 a.m.- Jordan Theus Knight Kapayou, 23, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Redearth Drive on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.
3:45 a.m.- Dalton Eugene Youngbear, 20, Toledo arrested in the 200 block of Red Earth Drive on charges of possession of a controlled substance D felony and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 7 at 6:01 p.m. on surety bond.
April 8
9:20 a.m.- Narissa Jo Banks, 31, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on april 9 at 12:15 p.m. after pleading guilty.
