8 a.m.- Derrale Chauntae MaGee, 33, Tama, arrested in Toledo on charges of tempering with witness or jury, obstructing prosecution and two counts of child endangerment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:33 p.m.- Ronald Gene Humbers, 46, Toledo, arrested at the Department of Correctional Services Office in Toledo on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Toledo Police.

8:29 p.m.- Bryan Mark Branscomb, 32, Tiffin, arrested at the Linn County Jail on s warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on dec. 12 at 10:21 p.m. on cash bond.

Dec. 8

12:55 a.m.- Ernest Eugene Sam Jr., 31, Onamia, Minn., arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a warrant and a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 5:39 a.m. on surety bond.

3:16 a.m.- Justin Michael Lentner, 28, Newhall, arrested in the 200 block of McClellan on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released at 12:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 9

12:30 a.m.- Chan Chan Aung Tun, 34, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:50 a..m on unsecured bond.

12:30 a.m.- Brian Lee Starkey, 40, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on charges of public intoxication and interference with official acts by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

5:47 a.m.- Dwight Alan Youngbear, 26, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Meskwaki Road on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 10 at 10:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:24 p.m.- Leticia Vest, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of Prospect Drive on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released at 3:25 p.m. on cash bond.

4:34 p.m.- Brett William Steum, 40, Tama, arrested at 5th and State streets on a charge of driving while barred by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 16 at 1:20 p.m. after serving time.

11:56 p.m.- Wesley Alan Bear, 35, rural Tama, arrested in the 3100 block of H Avenue, rural Tama, on charges of possession of controlled substance 2nd offense, possession of controlled substance in premise, vehicle or dwelling, harassment of a public official and on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 11 at 2:45 p.m. on surety bond.

Dec. 10

7:30 a.m.- Ian Niles Kapayou, 23, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. s

9:45 a.m.- Tracy Jean Ryan, 44, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 1st offense stalking, two counts of 4th / 5th degree criminal mischief and on a warrant by the Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 14 at 8:40 p.m. after serving time.
