8 a.m.- Jessica Ann Hartwig, 29, Melbourne, arrested on a charge of 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Juvenile arrested by Toledo Police. No other information was included in the Arrest Press Log.

7:23 p.m.- Michael John Kaegbein, 24, Vinton, arrested at Estelle street and Iowa Highway 21, Dysart, on a charge of driving while license suspended by Dysart Police. Released on Nov. 8 at 9:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Nov. 8

9:05 a.m.- Scott Allen Groff, 48, Marshalltown. arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Sheriff’s Office.

9:31 p.m.- Sean Eric Keahna Jr., 23, rural Montour, arrested in the 100 block of West Highway 30, Toledo, on charges of driving while barred and 4th / 5th degree criminal mischief by Toledo Police.

Released on Nov. 9 at 9:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
