1:08 a.m.- Eric Matthew Ansonia, 30, Clutier, arrested at 319 3rd St. on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:08 a.m.- Susan Ebba Gauch, 55, Clutier, arrested at 319 3rd St. on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in premises, vehicle or dwelling, gathering to use marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 10:25 a.m.

1:56 a.m.- 16-year-old male arrested at the Iowa Juvenile Home on three counts of assault of a police officer / jailer / health care worker by Toledo Police.

11 a.m.- Heather Marie Springer, 36, Marshalltown arrested at the Marshall County Jail on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 9

4:50 a.m.- Brandon Samuel Proctor, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested at 3422 XX Ave. on charges of controlled substance delivery- Class B felony, possession of pseudoephedrine, possession of lithium, possession of ethyl ether and a drug tax stamp violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:30 a.m.- Patro Deshaun Fleming, 42, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail on a charge of 4th degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:39 p.m.- James Adam Larimer, 22, Belle Plaine, arrested at 1305 2nd Ave., Belle Plaine on charges of controlled substance delivery- Class B felony, possession of pseudoephedrine, possession of lithium, possession of ethyl ether and a drug tax stamp violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:42 p.m.- Lawrence Eugene Scafer, 26, Belle Plaine, arrested at 1004 8th Ave., Belle Plaine, on charges of controlled substance delivery- Class B felony, possession of pseudoephedrine, possession of lithium, possession of ethyl ether and a drug tax stamp violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 10

12:50 a.m.- Tara Sharon Brown, 28, rural Montour, arrested at 187 West Village Road on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 12 at 2:45 p.m. after serving time.

8:24 a.m.- Rogello Guevara Jr., 30, Cedar Rapids, arrested in Jasper county on three warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:15 a.m.- Jonathan Curtis Youngbear, 18, rural Toledo, arrested at 307 Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

1:45 p.m.- Brittany Morgan Youngbear, 19, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Tribal surety bond.

7:59 p.m.- Troy Allan Hill, 37, Toledo, arrested in the 500 block of south Main on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police.
