June 24

4:11 a.m.- Brandon Pippert, 19, arrested in the 700 block of Gould Street, Gladbrook, on charges of reckless driving, failure to maintain control and .02 under 21 Released at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department. Released at 12:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:55 a.m.- Joshua Lane Kapayou, 30, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Business Highway 30 on charges of driving while license revoked and vehicle insurance violation by Toledo Police.

June 25

12:37 a.m.- Kyle Holland Blake, 18, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of North Center Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Toledo Police. Released at 9:12 a.m. on unsecured bond.

5:55 a.m.- Brianna Marie Anderson, 19, Montour, arrested in the 600 block of Hall Street on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department.

7:24 p.m.- Melissa Jo Payne, 33, Waterloo, arrested at South Main and Elm streets on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:05 p.m.- Michael Jason Adams, 33, Toledo, arrested at the Big T parking lot on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

June 26

5:45 p.m.- Katie Marianne Warnell, 27, Tama, arrested at a location not noted on a charge of 4th degree theft and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on June 27 at 2:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

June 27

2:32 p.m.- Jeffrey Linn Ross, 42, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant. Released on July 6 at 11:55 a.m. after serving time.

June 28

6 p.m.- Kiedis Dayton Old Bear, 19, rural Tama, arrested at the Clarke County Jail on a warrant for violation of terms of probation and violation of conditions of pre-trial release and two counts of violation of a no contact – protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 9 at noon after serving time.

June 29

4 p.m.- Cena Rae Durnin, 20, rural Tama, arrested at a location not noted for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on June 30 at 5 p.m. on a Tribal Court sentence.

8:30 p.m.- Andrew Harvey Catherwood, 21, Tama, arrested at the Toledo Police Department on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
