June 10

8:40 a.m.- Dustin Jay Boerm, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 2800 block of P Avenue on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:15 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:30 a.m.- Daniel Curtis Werning, 20, Belle Plaine, arrested at the Benton County Jail on a charge of violation of condition of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:45 p.m. after posting surety bond.

2:01 p.m.- John Paul Balderas, 25, Tama, arrested in the 1200 block of South Broadway on a charge of driving while barred by Toledo Police. Released at 4:40 p.m. after posting surety bond.

11:13 p.m.- Steven Dale McIntyre, 48, Gladbrook, arrested in the alley behind the 400 block of 2nd street on charges of 3rd degree harassment, public intoxication and disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 11 at 9:49 a.m. after pleading guilty.

June 11

1:10 p.m.- John Joseph Husted, 52, Grinnell, arrested at the Poweshiek County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 22 at 3:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

June 12

2:30 p.m.- Trevor Davis Wright, 22, Reinbeck, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail on a charge of violation of condition of pre-trial release and a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 19 at 9:25 a.m. after serving time.

11:25 p.m.- Bradley Alan Blocker, 47, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West 9th Street on charges of disorderly conduct and 4th / 5th degree criminal mischief. Released on June 13 at 11:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.
