June 6
6:20 a.m.- Jose D. Castella, 36, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East 6th Street on charges of 1st degree kidnapping, 3rd degree sexual abuse and on a warrant by Tama Police.
1:30 p.m. Kevin Lyle Kroeger, 20, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear by the Sheriff’s Office.
5:30 p.m.- Andrew Scott Branstner, 32, Des Moines, arrested at the Ft. Dodge Correctional Facility on a charge of 2nd degree theft and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Shipped out on June 7 at 2:10 p.m.
5:48 p.m.- Justin Todd Edgington, 22, Brooklyn, Iowa, arrested at a location not noted on a charge of obstruction prosecution.
8:29 p.m.- Steven Clark McFate, 57, rural Toledo, arrested in the 1800 block of 280th Street on two counts of 2nd degree sexual abuse and two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 8 at 1:25 p.m. after posting bond with Clerk of Court.
June 7
10:47 p.m.- Vaughn Richard Etringer, 29, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 8 at 2:26 a.m. after posting surety bond.
June 9
1:45 a.m.- Lindsey Niccolle Catron, 23, Rhodes, arrested in the 100 block of West 3rd Street on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on June 20 at 2L:05 p.m. after serving time.
2:44 p.m.- Beth Bybett Wesner, 19, Ingram, Texas, arrested at 9th and State streets on a warrant by Tama Police. Transferred on June 20 at 11:01 p.m.
7:34 p.m.- Carlos Ramon Garcia-Alvarado, 40, Toledo, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and N Avenue on charges of obstructing prosecution, providing false identification, driving while license suspended and two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
June 10
3:21 a.m.- Regiland Clive Walker, 23, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released at 4:55 p.m. after pleading guilty.
