1:45 a.m.- Onyale Vantress Hughes, 39, Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Trading Post on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 4:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

2:35 a.m.- Aaron Levi Ditmarson, 18, rural Tama, arrested at 13th and Harding on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.

3:52 a.m.- Derrick Ray Lynn, 27, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of Broad street, Montour, on charges of simple domestic abuse assault and child endangerment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:03 a.m.- Heather Nicole Weber, 26, Montour, arrested in the 200 block Broad Street, Montour, on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury and child endangerment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:50 p.m.- Jesus Bulmaro Lopez-Lopez, 23, San Jose, Calf., arrested in the 200 block of U.S. Highway 30 west on charges of possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.

Monday June 4

12:32 a.m.- Brian Keith Johnson, 50, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 12:35 p.m. at direction of Tribal Court.

5:57 a.m.- Travis Michael Mask, 27, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:15 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

4:25 p.m.- Brigitte Theresia Naperkowski, 57, Ottumwa, arrested at 11th and State on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on June 5 at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:58 p.m.- Jeffrey Lee Buckley, 45, Elberon, arrested in the 3000 block of Tama County Road V18 on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 5 at 10:25 p.m. on unsecured bond.

5:18 a.m.- Avis Jolene Bear, 36, Mt. Pleasant, Mich., arrested in the 300 block of Springs Road on a charge of interference with official acts and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

6:56 a..m- Avis Jolene Bear, 36, Mt. Pleasant, Mich., arrested at the Tama County Jail on a charge of assault of a police officer / jailer / health care worker.

10:15 a.m.- Bryson Lee Sheridan, 27, Toledo, arrested at the Sheriff’s Office on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and for assault without intent by Tama Police.

11:10 a.m.- Jason Elijah Mann Harkrider, 32, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:30 p.m.- Daniel Mark Ditmarson, 54, rural Toledo, arrested at the Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:40 p.m.- Amanda Jayne Lewis-Paigly, 27, Marshalltown, arrested at Pamida on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released at 6:55 p.m. on a promise to appear in court.
