4:28 a.m.- Brittany Morgan Youngbear, 19, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 600 block of Harding Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 6:01 a.m. after posting cash bond.

Noon- Douglas Shane Duncan, 40, Tama, arrested at the Tama County courthouse on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 24 at 7 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:18 p.m.- Robert Jay Collins, 46, Cedar Rapids, arrested at South Prospect Drive and Commercial Street on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released at 6:225 p.m. after posting cash bond.

9:42 p.m.- 15-year-old male arrested in the 100 block of McClellan Street on two counts of 3rd degree burglary by Tama Police.

10 p.m.- 14-year-old male arrested in the 1000 block of state street on two counts of 3rd degree burglary by Tama Police.

May 24

7:44 a.m.- Joshua B. Arcelo, 29, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:32 p.m.- Jeffrey Lynn Ross, 42, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order and on a warrant by Tama Police.
