9:26 p.m.- Aaron William Mason, 40, Toledo arrested in the 2200 block of Park Road on a charge of 1st offense violation of sex offender registry by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 22 at 1:55 p.m. on surety bond.

9:26 p.m.- Robert LeRoy McKeever, 44, Toledo, arrested in the 2200 block of Park Road on a charge of 2nd or subsequent violation of sex offender registry by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

May 22

5:35 p.m.- Kyle Gene Burgess, 21, Shellsburg, Iowa, arrested at the Benton county Jail on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 23 at 12:25 p.m. after pleading guilty.

10:50 p.m.- Robert Harold Rice, 39, Clutier, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Sheriff’s Office.

11:33 p.m.- Wallace James Mathews, 47, homeless, arrested in the 200 block of Northwood Drive for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on May 23 at 4:25 p.m. by Tribal Court.

11:42 p.m.- Diaz Vincent Sheridan, 24, Toledo, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and driving while barred by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at noon on May 23.
