3:30 p.m.- Kyle Alan Neelans, 22, Jesup, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear by the Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4:05 p.m. after posting cash bond.

May 6

12:34 a.m.- Shantel Arese Bear, 24, Toledo, arrested at Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on May 7 at 9:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

May 8

2:45 p.m.- Randy Ray Zuercher, 57, Lincoln, arrested in Lincoln on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a premises, vehicle or dwelling by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

May 9

1 p.m.- Jeffrey Allan Liesener, 32, Eldora, arrested at the Hardin County Jail on a charges of 1st degree harassment and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 7:45 p.m. on surety bond.

May 11

7 p.m.- Jordan Omar Dizayee, 22, Coon Rapids, Minn., arrested at 1504 305 St. on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Released on May 12 at 12:35 a.m. on surety bond.
