7:30 a.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 39, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 100 block of Springs Road on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving and driving while barred by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on May 7 on surety bond.
2:12 p.m.- Seger Tyrone Brown, 33, rural Montour, arrested in he 200 block of West Village Road on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on May 5 at 10:11 a.m. on unsecured bond.
4:55 p.m.- 17-year-old female charged at the Iowa Juvenile Home / State Training School for Girls on a charge of assault on a police officer / health care worker / jailer by Toledo Police.
11:40 p.m.- Danelle Tamany Wabaunasee, 32, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Trading Post on a charge of assault without intent and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on May 5 at 12:40 a.m. after posting cash bond.
May 5
3:30 p.m.- Kyle Alan Neelans, 22, Jesup, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear by the Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4:05 p.m. after posting cash bond.
May 6
12:34 a.m.- Shantel Arese Bear, 24, Toledo, arrested at Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on May 7 at 9:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
