Tama County Jail Bookings & Arrests

April 30

7:30 p.m.- Jade Elsie Kapayou, 25, rural Tama arrested at the Tama county Jail on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on May 21 at 8:55 a.m. on surety bond.

9:05 p.m.- Jessie Pryce Calvert, 40, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of Division Street in Montour on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:15 p.m.- Beverly Mae Putter, 56, Toledo, arrested at East Ross Street and K Avenue on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of prescription drug by Toledo Police.

May 2

9 a.m.- Twyla Roxanne Kapayou, 24, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East High Street on a charge of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released on May 3 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Noon- Sheldon Ward Whipp, 47, rural Tama, arrested at the Johnson County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

May 3

12:12 a.m.- Justin Allen Erickson, 22, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of 2 Street on a charge of public intoxication / consumption by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4:30 p.m. after pleading guilty.

7 a.m.- Ryan Charles Werning, 21, Cedar Falls, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail on charges of assault-serious injury, simple assault and two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:30 a.m.- Nicole Dawn Stuck, 36, Osceola, arrested at the Polk County Jail for violation of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:30 a.m.- Travis James Jordan, 39, Marshalltown, arrested at the Polk County Jail on two warrants for failure to appear and a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
