9:25 p.m.- James Dean Youngbear, 46, addresses of rural Tama and Toledo, arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:32 a.m.- Merlin Forrest Choneska Jr., 37, rural Tama, arrested at Jiffy North on a charge of consumption in public / intoxication by Toledo Police.

7:32 a.m.- Brienne Laree Joy, 31, rural Tama arrested at Jiffy North on a charge of consumption in public / intoxication by Toledo Police.

April 27

9:45 a.m.- Gwen Elaine Wathan, 52, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 1st degree theft and felonious misconduct in office by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on personal recognizance nod.

8:49 p.m.- Phillip Thomas Brooks, 25, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Highway 30 on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released on April 28 at 9:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

April 28

Levi Lee Forrester, 26, LaPorte City, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

April 29

11:42 p.m.- Prentiss R. Wolf III, 24, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street on charges of neglect of a dependent person and domestic abuse assault with injury by Tama Police. Released on May 1 at 8:10 p.m. after posting cash bond.
