3:34 p.m.- Robert Harold Rice, 39, Clutier, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree burglary by the Sheriff’s Office.

April 18

8 a.m.- Raymond Joseph Willson, 24, Marshalltown, cited for 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. No location noted on report.

2:14 p.m.- Marian Lisa Roberts, 43, addresses of rural Tama and Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Deerfield Crossing for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Shipped out on April 20 at 2:35 p.m.

3:45 p.m.- James Alfred Handsaker, 40, Marshalltown, arrested at a location not noted on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 20 at 4:55 p.m. on surety bond.

April 19

1:54 a.m.- Holly Renee Thovson, 38, Toledo, arrested on U.S. Highway 30 at F Avenue on a charge of driving while barred by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:59 a.m.- Jay D. Bruster, 37, Grinnell, arrested on Iowa Highway 146 at E69 on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released at 7:35 p.m. after posting cash bond.

1:35 p.m.- 17-year-old male arrested on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:40 p.m.- Wyatt Louis Sheridan, 25, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Jail, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

April 20

3:10 p.m.- Nicholas Ray Piersol, 33, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s on a warrant for violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:15 p.m. on surety bond.

3:55 p.m.- Sara Beth Purk, 37, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Harmon Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Tama Police.

April 22

5:56 p.m.- Omar Martin Camacho, 42, Perris, Calif., arrested on U.S. Highway 30 on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Transferred on April 23 at 11:40 a.m.

6:10 p.m.- Melanie Rae Bullard, 36, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of wets 4th Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Transferred at 8:23 p.m.

April 24

2:10 p.m.- Jeremy Alan Mask, 25, Traer, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on two warrants by the Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 25 at 12:45 p.m. on order of the court.

7:02 p.m.- Matthew Elias Sanache, 33, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Springs Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 26 at 10:35 a.m. by Tribal Court.

7:47 p.m.- Francisco Martinez-Ortiz, 46, Toledo, arrested on U.S. Highway 63 at Ross street on a charge of driving while barred by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
