April 13

9:15 a.m.- Jason Edward LaForte, 40, Dysart, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo for violation of a on contact / protective order and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:10 p.m.- Ricky Lee Keahna Jr., 25, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Sheriff’s Office .

4:37 p.m.- Alex Anaya, 21, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:37 p.m.- Allen James Hanus, 50, rural Toledo, arrested at 270th Street and U.S. 63 on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 14 at 10:08 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:46 p.m.- William Charles Phillips Jr., 41, Reinbeck, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 at K Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and operating a non-registered vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on april 14 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

April 14

5:40 p.m.- Bernard Arlo Brooks, 18, Marshalltown, arrested on Iowa Highway 96 at Wallace Avenue on a charge of obstructing prosecution and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

April 15

12:37 a.m.- Wyatt Louis Sheridan, 28, Toledo arrested in Toledo on charge of child endangerment and domestic abuse assault with injury by Tama Police.

4:30 a.m.- Julius Erving Sheridan, 28, Toledo, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of accessory after the fact by Toledo Police. Released at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:15 a.m.- Bradley Isaac Shuckahosee, 21, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 19 at 12:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:20 a.m.- Max Wayne Davis, 56, Marshalltown, arrested in the 2000 block of C Avenue on a charge of criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:20 a.m.- Brandon Lee Meling, 26, Marshalltown, arrested in the 2900 block of C Avenue on a charge of criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
