April 3

6:15 p.m.- Julio Cedar Razo-Aguilar, 19, Tama, arrested in an exchange with the Marshalltown Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 4 at 10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:30 p.m.- Randolph Larry Papakee Jr., 36, rural Tama, arrested at 305th Street at Springs road on a warrant for failure to appear and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal police.

April 4

2:21 a.m.- Bernard Arlo Brooks, 18, Marshalltown, arrested on Business Route 30 at I Avenue on charges of driving while license suspended, providing false identification, operating without registration and violation of financial responsibility by Toledo Police. Released at 10:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:51 a.m.- Gregory Curtis Newsome Jr., 20, Tama, arrested at the Tama Police Department on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on april 5 at 10:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

April 5

Noon- Tatum Lea Alvarado, 34, Marshalltown, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

1:13 p.m.- Adam Elliott Goble, 24, Manley, Neb., arrested at the Cass County Jail on a charge of lascivious acts with a child and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 6 at 4:05 p.m. after posting cash bond.

2:46 p.m.- Isaac Allan Zimmerman, 25, Cedar Falls, arrested in the 1800 block of J Avenue on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury and interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 6 at 5:15 p.m. on surety bond.

3:42 p.m.- Jeffrey Lynn Ross, 42, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama county Jail on three warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

April 6

8:10 a.m.- Daniel Curtis Werning, 20, Belle Plaine, arrested at the Tama County Sheriffs Office on charges of assault causing injury, simple assault and on a warrant by the Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:35 p.m. on surety bond.

2:10 p.m.- Richard Alexander Diaz, 22, Sedalia, Mo., arrested at the Pettis County Jail on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
