March 21
8:16 a.m.- Jason Randall Himschoot, 29, Traer arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of child endangerment and on a warrant by the Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:25 after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
10:30 p.m.- Jennifer Loren Nicholi, 32, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Springs Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 22 at 11 a.m. after posting bond with Tribal Court.
March 22
11:34 p.m.- Derek Lee Rocarek, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested U.S. highways 218 and 30 on warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on March 29 at 4:25 p.m.
March 23
1:34 a.m.- Brian Keith Johnson, 50, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 3:55 p.m. on order of Tribal Court.
4:40 p.m.- Theron Dale Garcia, 18, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Jail for violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
March 24
6:15 a.m.- Jonathan Thomas Cowles, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 12:25 p.m. on Tribal Court order.
8:20 a.m.- Jeffrey Lynn Ross, 42, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1000 block of State Street on charges of domestic abuse- 3rd or subsequent offense, 1st degree harassment and a warrant by Tama Police.
10:45 a.m.- 14-year-old male charged at the Iowa Juvenile home on a charge of assault on a police officer / jailer / health care worker by Toledo Police.
9:39 p.m.- Mark Joseph Grego, 44, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and T Avenue on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and driving while license suspended by he Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Placed on pre-trial on March 25 at 11:28 a.m.
10:07 p.m.- Robert Harold Rice, 39, Clutier, arrested at the Benton county Jail on seven charges of 3rd degree burglary, one count each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
March 25
2 a.m.- Keith Alan Criswell, 38, rural Toledo, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of consumption in public / intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 2:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.
