Feb. 28

8:45 a.m.- Michael John Krause Jr., 29, Tama, arrested at 9th and Harding streets on a charge of driving while barred by Tama Police.

March 1

7:30 a.m.- Dustin Donald Dawson, 26, Waterloo, arrested at the Mt. Pleasant Corrections Facility on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:07 p.m.- Jonathan Wayne Mann, 28, Montour, arrested in the 300 block of Division Street on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

March 2

5:40 a.m.- Paul Jacob Wilmer, 53, Central City, Iowa, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:40 a.m.- Patrick Allen Papakee, 27, Toledo, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 3 at 4:30 p.m. on Tribal surety bond.

8:50 a.m.- Kerry Lea Jefferson, 30, Toledo, arrested at the Meskwaki Trading Post on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and driving while license suspended by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 3 at 4:20 p.m. on surety bond.

11:15 a.m.- Suzanne Jean Svoboda, 60, rural Clutier, arrested at the Tam a County Courthouse in Toledo on a charge of contempt of court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

March 3

2:44 a.m.- Victor Manuel Chavez-Rivera, 34, Toledo, arrested at the junction o U.S. highways 63 and Iowa 96 on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, open container of alcohol and driving on the wrong side of the road by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 8 at 9:30 a.m. on cash bond.

8:59 p.m.- 16-year-old male arrested at the Iowa Juvenile Home on a charge of assault on a police officer / jailer /health care worker by Toledo Police.

10:27 p.m.- Lincoln Carroll Bartusek II, 48, Tama, arrested at Sa Avenue and Tama County Road E66 on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, 4t / 5th degree criminal mischief and stopping on the travelled portion of the roadway by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 4 at 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

March 4

5:57 a.m.- Shanelle Amber Bear, 22, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West Village Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 5 at 10:50 a.m. on Tribal Court order.
