4 p.m.- Alan Lynn Birt, 49, Cohasset, Minn., arrested at the Hardin County Jail on charges of 3rd degree attempted burglary, 3rd degree criminal mischief and on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:42 p.m.- Diego Rivera Martinez, 18, Tama, arrested at the junction of U.S. Highway 63 and Business route 30 on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 15 at 10:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:38 a.m.- Mona Lisa Roberts, 46, addresses of rural Tama and Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

10:48 a.m.- Roger Joseph Purk, 18, Toledo, arrested at a location not noted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Tama Police.

10:48 a.m.- Derek Darwin McCoy, 18, Toledo, arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at a location not noted by Tama Police.

3:10 p.m.- Gordon Lee Peters, 53, Traer, arrested by the Iowa Department of Transportation on charges of 2nd and 3rd degree fraudulent practices at a location not noted.

Feb. 17

12:45 p.m.- Jared Lee Metz, 35, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2800 block of K Avenue on a charge of 2nd degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:49 p.m.- Lynette Jean Anderson, 41, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of Harmon Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on Feb. 18 at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:12 p.m.- Brenton Elliott Pushetonequa, 36, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Trading Post on a charge of driving while barred by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Feb. 18 at 10:35 a.m. after posting surety bond.

10:10 p.m.- Amber Jo Duncan, 34, rural Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30 for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

12:16 a.m.- Nicholas Lynn Wheeler, 22, Tama, arrested in the 1800 block of U.S. Highway 30 on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:46 a.m.- Wyatt Louis Sheridan, 25, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:11 p.m.- Aganssi Dewey Johnson, 23, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street on charges of burglary 1st with assault and on a warrant by Tama Police.

10:16 p.m.- Joshua Robert Smith, 22, Marshalltown, arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street on a charge of 1st degree burglary with assault by Tama Police.
