5:37 a.m.- Nancy Jo Barnard, 54, Montezuma, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 5:45 p.m. on unsecured bond.
1:58 p.m.- Dustin Richard Bigeagle, 24, Sioux City, arrested in the 1400 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of violation of a no contact protective order and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Feb. 8 at 2:15 p.m. on unsecured bond.

2:23 a.m.- Treyor James Seaman, 18, Garwin, arrested in the 400 block of Carlton Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:30 a.m. on unsecured bond.
10:30 a.m.- Anthony Demetrius Matthews, 29, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail on a charge of 3rd degree theft and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 1:10 p.m. on unsecured bond.
11:02 p.m.- Anna Louise Ferneau, 31, rural Marshalltown, arrested at an location not noted on a charge of simple assault by Tama Police.
12:11 p.m.- Anna Louise Ferneau, 31, rural Marshalltown, arrested in the 2500 block of Smith Avenue on a warrant by Tama Police.
9 p.m.- Daryn Joseph Mallory, 46, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of McClellan Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Tama Police. Released on Feb. 7 at 10:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:40 p.m.- Dale Roger Buffalo, 53, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of springs Road on a charge of violation of a no contact protective order and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Feb. 9 at 12:15 p.m. at the direction of Tribal Court.

2:01 a.m.- Miguel Angel Salgado, 19, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail on a charge of interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Feb. 10
2:15 a.m.- Brett Allen Kurth, 19, Spring Valley, Minn., arrested in he 2200 block of 180th Street on a charge of interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 11 at 3 p.m. after serving time.
11 a.m.- Adam Dale Jeffries, 25, rural Toledo, arrested in a Tama County Courthouse Courtroom on a charge of interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 12 at 2:02 a.m. on a promise to appear in court.
4:10 p.m.- Milo Buffalo Jr., 54, rural Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo on a charge of contempt court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
4:50 p.m.- Tyler Eugene McAninch, 25, Indianola, arrested at Ross and B streets on charges of driving while barred and driving while license suspended and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released at 7:55 p.m. on surety bond.

11:14 p.m.- Kylan Isaac Roberts, 22, addresses of rural Tama and Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30 on charges of providing alcohol to a minor and open container in a motor vehicle as a passenger by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 12 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:50 a.m.- Pamela Marie Allen, 39, Norwalk, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of consumption in public / intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.
1:39 a.m.- Penny Sue Heiss, 36, Des Moines, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of consumption in public / intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.
11:15 a.m.- Sedrick Nathan Keahna, 21, rural Tama, arrested on U.S. 30 Expressway at the 202 mile marker on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and for Tribal Court by Toledo Police.
11:20 a.m.- Sean Eric Keahna Jr., 23, rural Montour, arrested on U.S. 30 Expressway at the 202 mile marker on a charge of driving while barred by Toledo Police.

6:20 a.m.- Gary Alvin Johannsen, 62, rural Wellsburg, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of consumption in public / intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Feb. 14 at 9:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.
9:35 a.m.- Chenia Rennee Stoutenberg, 27, LeGrand, arrested at a location not noted on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released at 11:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.
3:43 p.m.- Starla Fawn Durnin, 27, rural Tama, arrested at the Linn County Jail on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
