Suzanne Ranata Papakee, 47, rural Tama, arrested in the 800 block of south Broadway on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 2 at 10:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Feb. 2

2:28 a.m.- Scott Darren St. John, 39, addresses of Toledo and Tama, arrested at 285th Street and U.S. Highway 63 on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving and driving while license revoked by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on surety bond at 4:45 p.m.

6:45 p.m.- Kelli Sue Reagan, 28, Evansdale, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail on charges of 2nd and 3rd degree burglary and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:38 p.m.- Thomas Michael Seda, 46, Traer, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7 a.m.- Matthew Ellias Sanache, 23, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Springs Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

11:52 a.m.- Jose Javier Araiza-Rodriguez, 35, Toledo, arrested at Swifts on a charge of falsifying driver’s license / i.d. card / forms by the Iowa Department of Transportation.

Feb. 5

1:12 a.m.- Jeffrey Lloyd Elliott, 21, Traer, arrested in the 500 block of 2nd Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2 p.m. on unsecured bond.

3:15 a.m.- Erica Lynne Kapayou, 35, rural Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of 290th Street on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving. Released at 2:09 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
