9:17 a.m.- Barbara Alice Bereczki, 68, rural Gladbrook, arrested in the 1500 block of 200th Street on chagres of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving while license revoked, tampering with ignition interlock device and failure to maintain control by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Jan. 30 at 9:54 a.m.

9:12 p.m.- Bryce Craig Hutcheson, 30, rural Garwin, arrested at Tama County roads E27 and T47 on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 30 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:51 p.m.- Joshua Thomas Warnell, 30, rural Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of 305th Street on charges of obstructing emergency communications and driving while license suspended. Released at 4:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Joni Marie Bergmeier, 38, Dysart, arrested in the 400 block of Wilson Street on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 31 at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:05 p.m.- Elias Dane Youngbear, 23, Toledo, arrested at E Avenue and West Village road on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Feb. 6 at 6:50 p.m. after serving time.

8:47 p.m.- Emerson Tenorio Brown, 21, rural Tama, arrested as a probation / parole violator and for Tribal Court at E Avenues and West Village Road by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

4:28 a.m.- Donald Wellinton Wanatee Jr., 29, rural Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of Meskwkai Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Feb. 3 at 4:50 a.m. on Tribal Court sentence.

1:15 p.m.- Allison Jean Miller, 27, Waterloo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail on charges of 2nd and 3rd degree burglary and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Feb. 2 at 1:25 p.m.

Suzanne Ranata Papakee, 47, rural Tama, arrested in ther 800 block of south Broadway on a chagre of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Releasedd on Feb. 2 at 10:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:28 a.m.- Scott Darren St. John, 39, addresses of Toleod and Tama, arrested at 285th Street and U.S. Hgihway 63 on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving and driving while license revoked by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on surety bond at 4:45 p.m.

6:45 p.m.- Kelli Sue Reagan, 28, Evansdale, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail on charges of 2nd and 3rd degree burglary and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:38 p.m.- Thomas Michael Seda, 46, Traer, arrested at the Meskwkai Casino on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
