12:55 a.m.- Alicia Alice Papakee, 39, rural Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 3:11 a.m. on surety bond.

5:33 a.m.- Erick Manuel Acosta, 25, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West 3rd Street on a charge of 3rd degree fraudulent practices by Tama Police.

Jan. 26

Noon- Ky Duong Vinh, 40, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of criminal trespassing by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

12:35 p.m.- Curtis Verle Meggers, 30, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Levering Street on a charge of driving while license revoked by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:50 p.m. on surety bond.

5:55 p.m.- Allan Charles Lofquist, 29, Traer, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10 p.m.- Jason Thomas Weida, 41, Traer, arrested in the 800 block of 1st Street on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury and obstructing emergency communications by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 27 at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4 p.m.- Jules Gaylord Wanatee, 42, rural Montour, arrested in the 100 block of West Village Road for Tribal Court by Meskwkai Nation Tribal Police.

10:38 p.m.- Jennifer Lynn Glaspie, 40, Waterloo, arrested at an un-noted location on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:43 p.m.- Stanislav Kukhaenkov, 19, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1300 block of U.S. Highway 30 on a charge of driving while suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:34 a.m.- Kiedis Dayton Old Bear, 19, rural Tama, arrested at an un-noted olcation on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. and on charges of going armed with intent, domestic abuse assault with intent and child endangerment by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
