Jan. 22

9:23 p.m.- Salvero Valle-Radilla, 34, Tama, arrested in the 2800 block of U.S. Highway 30 on a charge of driving without a license by the Tama county Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 24 at 9:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:48 p.m.- Kauila Jared Clark, 37, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 23 at 4:25 p.m. after posting bond.

10:22 p.m.- Arlan Travis Whitebreast, 39, rural Tama, arrested at an un-noted location on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving.

Jan. 23

2:29 p.m.- 15-year-old female charged at the Iowa Juvenile home / State Training School for Girls with three counts of assault on a peace officer / jailer / health care worker by Toledo Police.

3:15 p.m.- Mark Allen Entsminger, 39, Toledo, arrested in the 500 block of South Broadway on charges of public intoxication / consumption and 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.

3:30 p.m.- Allan Charles Lofquist, 29, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:30 p.m.- Lance Blackcloud, 29, rural Tama, arrested at the Linn County Jail as a parole violator by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 24

6:43 p.m.- 15-year-old female charged in the 1000 block of Prospect Drive on a charge of simple assault by Toledo Police.

Jan. 25

5:40 p.m.- 16-year-old male charged at the Iowa Juvenile Home / State Training School for Girls with two counts of assault on a peace officer / jailer / health care worker by Toledo Police.

Jan. 26

12:55 a.m.- Alicia Alice Papakee, 39, rural Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 3:11 a.m. on surety bond.

5:33 a.m.- Erick Manuel Acosta, 25, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West 3rd Street on a charge of 3rd degree fraudulent practices by Tama Police.
