5 p.m.- Scott Allen Groff, 47, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, two counts of 3rd degree theft, on a warrant for failure to appear and a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:06 p.m.- Lisa Marie Elm, 31, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:26 p.m.- April Leah Jefferson, 33, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Jan. 14

2:50 a.m.- 17-year-old male arrested in the 1800 block of Tama county road E49 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession under age / making available by Tama Police.

5:51 p.m.- Jeffrey Lynn Baker, 47, Webster City, arrested at U. S. Highway 30 & 63 202 exit on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 15 at 10:09 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:30 p.m.- Delilah Elaine Mauskemo, 26, rural Montour, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 15 at 1:09 p.m. by Tribal Court.
