8 a.m.- Theron Dale Garcia, 18, Toledo, arrested at an un-noted location on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11 a.m.- Erica Renee Walker, 33, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 12

8:30 a.m.- Shyla Sheree Wolf, 20, Toledo, arrested at the Tama county Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 18 at 4:35 p.m. on surety bond.

12:15 p.m.- Paula J. Hernandez, 38, rural Toledo, arrested in a Tama County courtroom on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 13 at 4:50 p.m. on surety bond.

7:05 p.m.- Christopher Michael Knouse, 45, rural Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on charges of non-felonious misconduct in office, permit to acquire violation and 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and three warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released upon posting cash bond.

7:07 p.m.- Autumn Black Cloud, 34, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 13 at 10:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.
