12:45 p.m.- Patrick Allen Papakee, 27, rural Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of Highway 30 for Tribal Court by the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 9 at 11:05 a.m. by Tribal Court.

2 p.m.- Julio Cesar Razo-Aguilar, 19, Tama, arrested at the Tama Police Department on a charge of obstructing prosecution and contributing to the delinquency of a minor by Tama Police.

7:05 p.m.- Anthony Rodrick Reed Jr., 42, rural Tama, arrested in the 1800 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 10 at 7:55 p.m. by Tribal Court.

11:58 p.m.- Lanie Brenda Negrete, 29, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Northwood Drive on the charge of tribal court by the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:35 a.m. by tribal court.

Dec. 9

11:42 p.m.- Avery Wright Henry, 40, Lawler, arrested at the 2700 block Highway 8 on the charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 10 at 10:28 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 10

4:41 a.m.- Luiz Ernesto Ambriz-Ramirez, 19, Austin, Minn., arrested on highway 63 and 6th St. on the charge of possession of a fraudulent document and driving without a license by the Tama County Sheriff’s office.

10:40 a.m.- Truman William Warner Jr., 72, Toledo, arrested at Pamida on the charge of Driving while barred and driving with license revoked by the Toledo Police Department. Released on Dec. 11 at 11 a.m. on pre-trial release.

5:45 p.m.- 15 year old female, arrested at the Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault by the Toledo Police.
