Dec. 3
4:19 p.m.- Seger Tyrone Brown, 33, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of E. College St. on a charge of Criminal tresspassing by Toledo Police. Released at 4:55 p.m. on a cash bond.
Dec. 5
12:03 p.m.- Kevin Kyle Kroeger, 19, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of W. Ohio St. on a charge of 4th/5th degree criminal mischief by Toledo Police. Released on Dec. 6 at 10:30 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.
7:19 p.m.- 15-year-old male, arrested at the Meskwaki High School on a failure to appear warrant and driving while license is suspended by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
Dec. 6
10:56 a.m.- Melanie Ann West, 50, Traer, arrested at the court house on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 7 at 10:30 a.m. after pleaing guilty.
Dec. 7
1 a.m.- Phillip Edward Salyers, 24, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail on a charge of theft in the 4th degree and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Recleased at 11:15 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.
7:30 p.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 39, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Deerfield Crossing on a failure to appear warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 8 on a personal recognizance bond.
