10:21 a.m.- Luz Maria Verdinez-Garcia, 37, Toledo, arrested at the 2800 block K Ave. on a charge of interference with official acts-bodily injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:35 p.m. by order of court.

1p.m.- Shirley Sue Starnes, 61, arrested on Highway 30 on the charge of 3rd degree theft and 2 warrants by the Toledo Police Department. Released on Dec. 2 at 11:50 on a personal recognizance bond.
