Nov. 23
3:30 p.m.- Eden Marie Wanatee, 22, Ames, arrested at the 400 block Springs Rd. on the charge of tribal court by the Meskwaki Nation Trible Police. Released at 5:20 p.m. by tribal court.
7 p.m.- Irene Ray Rivers, 21, rural Tama, arrested at the Benton County Jail on the charge of violation of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10:20 p.m.- Ian Niles Kapayou, 22, Rural Tama, arrested at the 400 block of W. Quail Rd. on a failure to appear warrant by the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 1 by time served.
Nov. 24
1:07 p.m.- Sean Eric Keahna Jr., 22, Montour, arrested at Highway 30 and H Ave. on the charge of 2nd offense drunken driving and driving while barred by the Toledo Police.
1:26 p.m.- Skylier Ros Makes Room For Them, 18, Toledo, arrested at the 1700 block E. 5th St. on the charge of public intoxication by the Tama Police. Released on Nov. 26 at 3:01 p.m. after pleading guilty.
9 a.m.- 15 year old male, arrested at the Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of assault by the Toledo Police.
2 p.m.- Robert Lee Silliman, 67, Fort Dodge, arrested at the Webster County Jail on a failure to appear warrant by the Tama County Sherriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 1 at 2:20 p.m. after time served.
5:25 p.m.- Tara Sharon Brown, 28, Toledo, arrested at the 2800 block K Ave. on the charge of assault without intent and simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 27 at 11:45 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.
