Nov. 19
9:55 p.m.- 15-year-old male, arrested at the Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of going armed with intent and 4th/5th offense criminal mischief by the Toledo Police.
Nov. 20
1:29 p.m.- Jeremiah Lee Johnson, 35, rural Tama, arrested at 300 block Northwood Dr. on the charge of 3rd offense drunken driving, driving while barred and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released Dec. 3 at 9:51 a.m. on a surety bond.
5:15 p.m.- Frank Coleman Summers, 41, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s office on the charge of a failure to appear warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:43 p.m. on a surety bond.
10:55 p.m.- 12 year old female, arrested at the 600 block of S. Main St. on the charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriffs Office.
Nov. 21
8:30 p.m.- Jose Manuel Alvarez, 23, arrested at the Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while barred by the Toledo Police. Released at 9:40 p.m. on a surety bond.
Nov. 23
1:15 p.m.- Heather Marie Springer, 36, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail on two warrants and the charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Toledo Police. Released Nov. 24 at 10:55 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.
2:02 p.m.- Lucille Rose Kapayou, 26, Toledo, arrested on the 200 block of 2nd Ave on the charge of driving with a suspended license by the Toledo Police. Released at 4:10 p.m. by a clerk bond.
