8:20 p.m.- Ellsworth Youngbear Sr., 63, rural Tama, arrested at 200 block S. State St. on the charge of public intoxication by the Tama Police. Released on Nov. 18 at 9:40 a.m. on an unsecured bond.

7:19 p.m.- Kenneth Ryan Ladely, 25, Malcom, arrested at 2600 block 360th st. Duffus Landing on the charge of drunken 2nd offense drunkin driving by the Department of Natural Resourses. Released on Nov. 19 at 10:53 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.

7:25 p.m.- Lon Michael Caslavka, 58, Emmetsburg, arrested at Highway 63 and D65 on the charge of 1st offence drunken driving by the Tama county Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 19 at 10:39 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.

10:41 p.m.- Salvador Buenrrostro-Fonseca, 40, Marshalltown, arrested at 13th and McClellan on the charge of lascivious acts with a child and a warrant by the Tama county Sheriff’s Office.

Nov. 19

2 a.m.- Christopher John Shimp, 26, Waterloo, arrested at the 600 block S. County Rd. on the charge of 1st offense drunken driving and open container by the Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 19 at 1:16 p.m. on personal a recognizance bond.

9:55 p.m.- 15 year old male, arrested at the Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of going armed with intent and 4th/5th offense criminal mischief by the Toledo Police.
