Nov. 12

5:12 p.m.- Roy Lee Mortitz Jr., 45, Tama, arrested on a warrant in the 100 block of Beals Court by Tama Police and on a charge of carrying weapons by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

6:40 p.m.- George Youngbear III, 49, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Springs Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 14 at 10:30 a.m. by Tribal Court.

7:22 p.m.- Paul Robert Kisner, 49, Traer, arrested at 1st and North Cherry streets on a charge of 3rd offense public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 13 at noon on personal recognizance.

10:24 p.m.- Matthew Elias Sanache, 32, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of red Earth Drive for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Nov. 13

2:45 a.m.- Benjamin Gutierrez-Ramirez, 30, rural Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 4:55 p.m. on cash bond.

4:56 p.m.- Nichole Marie Sanders, 30, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s in Marshall County on a charge of 4th degree theft and a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 14 at 9:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Nov. 14

2:15 a.m.- Megan Marie Walker, 20, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County jail on three warrants for failure to appear and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

5:17 p.m.- Eric Lee Eyerly, 41, Cedar Rapids, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and LL Avenue on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 15 at 11:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:25 p.m.- Lester Tobias Lasley, 35, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Northwood Drive for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Shipped out on Nov. 18 at 1 p.m.

10:27 p.m.- Mathew Zachary Miller, 22, Evansdale, arrested at Hudson Road and U.S. Highway 63 on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:45 p.m.- Bradley Michael Wanatee, 21, addresses of rural Tama and Toledo, arrested in the 1700 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Nov. 15

3:31 p.m.- Phyllis Ann Morrow, 57, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Grandview Drive on two counts of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 16 at 9:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:25 p.m.- Craig Brian Glenn, 47, rural Traer, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, accident injury and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Nov. 17

10 a.m.- Anton Charles Michael Tomash, 22, Gladbrook, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:58 p.m.- Melissa Rose Youngbear, 56, rural Tama, arrested at South County Road and Oak Street on a charge of driving while license revoked by the Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 18 at 9:05 a.m. on personal recognizance.

8:20 p.m.- Ellsworth Youngbear Sr., 63, rural tama, arrested in the 200 block of south State Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police.

Released on Nov. 18 at 9:40 a.m. on unsecured bond.
