Nov. 11

1:12 p.m.- Diego Rivera Martinez, 18, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of East 6th Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released at 3:20 p.m. on surety bond.

4:04 p.m.- Erica Renee Walker, 32, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Meskwaki Road on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, child endangerment and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

5:15 p.m.- Brooke Allise Lasley-Mauskemo, 25, Des Moines, arrested at Meskwaki Trading Post for Tribal Court. Released on Nov. 14 at 11 a.m. after bond posted with Tribal Court.

Nov. 12

1:42 p.m.- Hayzel Vazel Acevedo, 19, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East Grace Street on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 13 at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:12 p.m.- Roy Lee Mortitz Jr., 45, Tama, arrested on a warrant in the 100 block of Beals Court by Tama Police and on a charge of carrying weapons by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

6:40 p.m.- George Youngbear III, 49, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Springs Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 14 at 1`0:30 a.m. by Tribal Court.

7:22 p.m.- Paul Robert Kisner, 49, Traer, arrested at 1st and North Cherry streets on a charge of 3rd offense public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 13 at noon on personal recognizance.

10:24 p.m.- Matthew Elias Sanache, 32, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Red Earth Drive for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
