2:51 p.m.- Anthony James Reitinger, 19, Tama, arrested at the Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:05 p.m.- Nicholas Ray Piersol, 32, Marshalltown, arrested at the Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Nov. 10 at 5:25 p.m.

7:10 p.m.- 14-year-old male charged in the 700 block of south Church Street with assault on a police officer / jailer / health care worker by Toledo Police.

Nov. 10

10 a.m.- Travis Wade Peterson, 35 rural Elberon, arrested in court on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4 p.m. on a miscellaneous transfer.

12:45 p.m.- Jonathan Thomas Cowles, 22, Tama, arrested on the U.S. 30 Expressway on ramp from U.S. 63 on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police.

3:10 p.m.- 16-year-old male charged at the Iowa Juvenile home with assault on a police officer / jailer / health care worker by Toledo Police.

7:17 p.m.- Nicole Dawn Stuck, 36, Osceola, charged at LL Avenue and 325th Street with eluding / attempting to elude law enforcement and possession of a drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.

7:17 p.m.- Heather Marie Springer, 35, Liscomb, arrested at LL Avenue and 325th Street on a warrant by Toledo Police.
