6:57 p.m.- Laura Jean Butcher, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released in Nov. 2 at 11:50 a.m. by Tribal Court.
10:55 p.m.- James Henry Wilson, 44, Des Moines, arrested at the Sheriff’s Office as a probation / parole violator. Shipped out at 10 a.m. on Nov. 16.

2:42 a.m.- Cory Lee Bickford, 30, Oxford Junction, arrested at Business 30 and Oakland Drive on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released at 11:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:35 a.m.- Kiedis Dayton Old Bear, 19, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 9 at 5 a.m. by Tribal Court.
4:05 p.m.- Robert Bernard Bradley Jr., 21, Marshalltown, arrested on U.S. 30 Expressway on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police.
5:23 p.m.- Matthew Ellias Sanache, 32, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Springs Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 8 at 11:55 p.m. by Tribal Court.
8:40 p.m.- Robin Kay McGehee, 50, Malcom, arrested in the 100 block of East 3rd Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 4 at 4:05 a.m. on a promise to appear.

8:30 a.m.- Bonnie Mae Puls, 32, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Oswego Street on charges of 3rd degree burglary and possession of a controlled substance by Tama Police.
910 a.m.- Victor Manuel Jauregui, 25, Waterloo, arrested at the Polk County jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 10 at 4:35 p.m. after serving time.
10 a.m.- Eli Miles Dobbs, 26, Quarry, arrested as a probation / parole violator at the Marshall County jail by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
11:03 p.m.- Travis Jason Nosie, 21, Toledo, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 7 at 11:17 a.m. by Tribal Court.
11:03 p.m.- Dalton Eugene Youngbear, 18, Toledo, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 5 at 8:05 a.m. on Tribal surety.
11:03 p.m.- Dayton Alven Bear, 18, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 6 at 2:50 p.m. on Tribal surety.
11:03 p.m.- Dylan Shawn Ward, 18, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 5 at 8:54v a.m. on Tribal surety.

3:06 a.m.- Joseph Ray McGaffey II, 37, Ankeny, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and K Avenue on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and eluding / attempting to elude law enforcement by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:05 p.m. on surety bond.
Nov. 7
12:22 a.m.- Ronald Lee Mumby, 49, Belle Plaine, arrested at the Tama County jail on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Nov. 10 at 10:35 a.m.
2:35 p.m.- Amada Lee Leake, 36, Toledo, arrested on Highway 30 on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 4:40 p.m. after posting cash bond.
Nov. 8
Brian Curtis Nedoba, 53, Plainfield, arrested at Na Avenue and 180th Street on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving eluding / attempting to elude law enforcement and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Nov. 9 at 10:44 a.m.

5 a.m.- Chason James Kaufman, 22, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of South State Street on a charge of driving while barred by Tama Police. Released at 10:37 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
