Noon- William Robert Denner, 21, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County jail on a charge of 4th-5th degree criminal mischief and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 27 at 10:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:10 p.m.- Moises Fonseca, 18, Chelsea, arrested at Ross and Church streets on a charge of driving while license revoked by Toledo Police. Released on personal recognizance on Oct. 27 at 10:40 a.m.

10:40 a.m.- Victor Scott Tesdahl, 40, Toledo, arrested at the Sheriff’s Office on a charge of sex offender registration process by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:04 p.m.- Janeen Lynn Frey, 43, West Des Moines, arrested in Jasper County on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police.

Oct. 28

9:15 a.m.- Galan Alfred Thompson, 46, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on a miscellaneous transfer at 12:45 p.m.
