Oct. 14

7:50 p.m.- Kolby James Starits, rural route, Tama, arrested at the Linn County jail on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9 p.m.- Josetta Rose Roberts, 29, Tama, arrested at the Marshalltown Residential Center on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 15

6:02 p.m.- Brady Michael VanHove, 18, Traer, arrested in the 500 block of 8th Street on a charge of 5th degree fraudulent practice and contributing to the delinquency of a minor by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. on unsecured bond.

8:36 p.m.- Jody Lee Asmussen, 49, Tama, arrested at 9th and Hall streets on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 16 at 10:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11 p.m.- James Dean Youngbear, 45, addresses of rural Tama and Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 16 at 11:55 a.m. on unsecured bond.

11:26 p.m.- Lonnie Douglas Poweshiek, 44, rural Montour, arrested in the 100 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of driving while barred, for Tribal Court and on three warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at on Oct. 16 at 3:18 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Oct. 16

7:22 p.m.- Eric Vance Wilhelmi, 47, rural Toledo, arrested in the 1800 block of 295th Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by a Department of Natural Resources officer. Released on Oct. 17 at 10:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:25 p.m.- Richard Allen Cronbaugh, 37, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2800 block of K Avenue on a charge of 3rd degree sexual abuse by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
