Oct 4

1:07 a.m.- Rusty Eugene Sawyer, 31, Montour, arrested in the 300 block of East Lincoln Highway on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, driving while license suspended and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:50 a.m. after posting bond.

8:08 p.m.- David Wayne Clubine, 54, Lincoln, arrested in the 100 block of North Street in Lincoln on two counts of possession of weapons by a felon, a charge of 3rd degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Released on Oct. 7 at 11:35 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Oct. 5

5:50 a.m.- Daniel Byron Armfield, 42, Gifford, Iowa, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of disorderly conduct by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:35 a.m. on unsecured bond.

1 p.m.- Jason Edward Fingers, 38, Marshalltown, arrested at the Kosciusko, Ind. county jail on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Toledo Police. At 8 p.m.. Fingers was arrested at the Tama County jail in Toledo on three warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 6

8:26 a.m.- David Wayne Clubine, 54, Lincoln arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo on a 5th degree theft charge by the Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 7 at 11:35 p.m. after posting cash bond.

11:30 a.m.- Elmer Abel Maldonado, 20, Toledo, arrested at the Department of Correctional Offices in Toledo on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Released on a misc. transfer at 1:35 p.m.

3:51 p.m.- Angel Marie Pena, 27, Garwin, arrested at U.S. 30 and Prospect Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 7 at 11:30 a.m. after posting surety bond.

Oct 7

8 a.m.- David Jon Landis, 30, Union, arrested at an unrecorded location on a charge of 2nd offense possession of marijuana by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

8 a.m.- Andrianne Gail Halverson, 51, Marshalltown, arrested at an unrecorded location on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8 a.m.- Robin Elizabeth Nott, 47, Lincoln, arrested at an unrecorded location on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:45 p.m.- Keelan Cody Walker, 28, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County jail in Toledo on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 10 at 4:32 p.m. after posting bond.

9:53 p.m.- Keri Lynn Beattie, 26, Toledo, arrested at Tama County Road E49 and H Avenue on a charge of interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 8 at 2:05 p.m. after pleading guilty.

11:23 p.m.- Collin Wells Burnett, 19, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of State Street on a charge of possession of alcohol under age by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 8 at 12:50 p.m. after pleading guilty.

4:45 p.m.- Anthony Rodrick Reed, 42, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo n a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 8 at 6:05 p.m. on a promise to appear in court.

1:30 p.m.- Joshua Dale Todd, 24, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:18 p.m.- Dena Thomas Oregan, 46, Grinnell, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of interference with official acts by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 14 at 10:30 a.m. on unsecured bond.

8 a.m.- Juanita Marie Lavender, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at an unrecorded location on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Toledo Police.

7:50 p.m.- Kolby James Starits, rural route, Tama, arrested at the Linn County jail on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
