9:05 p.m. Christopher Paul Beck, 39, Toledo, arrested in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released Sept. 30 at 11:40 a.m. on a court order.
11:52 p.m.- Zackery Tweed Egge, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on charges of controlled substance D felony and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 14 at 12:40 p.m. on surety bond.
11:52 p.m.- Kelcy Dean Bond, 19, LeGrand, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a charges of possession of a controlled substance- serious misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 14 at 12:40 p.m. on surety bond.
Sept. 28
2:18 a.m.- Glenn Curtis Lanphir, 45, Centerville, arrested at the Centerville Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear and two additional warrants and a charge of fraudulent use of credit card by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 29 at 4:15 p.m. on surety bond.
4:15 p.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 39, rural Toledo, arrested at H Avenue and 305th Street on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 8 at 1:11 p.m. on surety bond.

4:51 a.m.- Cheyenne Adrian Tyon, 37, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept. 30 at 2:55 p.m. on Tribal surety.
11:40 a.m.- Elmer Abel Maldonando, 20, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo for violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 2 at 10:44 p.m. on surety bond.
Erin Lea Ackerman, 36, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept. 30 at 10:30 a.m. on unsecured bond.

11:34 p.m.- Adam Willis Kapayou, 30, rural Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Red Earth Drive for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 1 at 12:05 a.m. after bonding to Tribal Court.
Oct. 1
12:44 p.m.- Gabriel Troy Lasley, 23, Toledo, arrested in the 1100 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 2 at 11:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.
11:55 p.m.- Levi Andrew Palmer, 27, Traer, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and 220th Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance- serious misdemeanor, 1st offense drunken driving and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 2 at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
Oct. 2
12:09 a.m.- Ryan Matthew Smith, 30, Iowa Falls, arrested at U.S., Highway 63 and 200th Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance – serious misdemeanor, open container passenger and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
1 p.m.- Laureen Puentes, 43, Montour cited in the 200 block of Madison Street, Montour with an animal control violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Oct. 3
2:13 a.m.- Keelan Cody Walker, 28, Toledo arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street on charges of assault on a police officer – jailer – health care worker, disorderly conduct, iinterference with official acts, 3rd offense public intoxication and simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 10 at 4:32 p.m. after posting bond.
8:30 a.m.- Eddy Lee Mason, 51, LeGrand arrested at un-noted location on charges of 2nd and4 th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
12:20 p.m.- Tammie Lynn Ceasar, 35, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of McClellan Street, Tama, on two warrants by Toledo Police.
7:30 p.m.- Alicia Alice Papakee, 39, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Springs Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 4 at 10:45 a.m. by Tribal Court.
