September 25

8:55 p.m. – Ryan James Mathews, 26, Traer, arrested at the 500 block of 3rd St and charged with driving while barred and interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 14 at 10:15 after time served.

10:00 p.m. – Hmuh Cung Lian, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino and charged with public intoxication, unlawful use of a drivers license and criminal trespassing by the Meskawki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept. 26 at 11:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:00 p.m. – Van Nun Ceu, 30, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino and charged with public intoxication and unlawful use of a drivers license by the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept . 26 at 11:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.

September 26

12:00 p.m. – Kauila Jared Clark, 36, Tama, arrested at the Tama Police Department and charged with theft in the fourth degree by the Tama Police Department.

7:26 p.m. – Eddy Lee mason, 51, Le Grand, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and charged with theft in the 3rd degree and an outstanding warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 26 at 8:55 p.m. After posting surety/bond.
