12:45 p.m. – Jaramie Bershell Trumbo, 30, Marshalltown, arrested in Marshall County and charged with two outstanding warrants, harassment 2nd degree and violation of no-contact/protective order by the Toledo Police Dept.

5:36 p.m. – Theron Dale Garcia, 18, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of E. State St. and charged with two counts of assault with the intent to commit sexual abuse by the Toledo Police Dept. Released on Sept. 30 at 1:50 p.m. after posting surety/bond.

10:50 p.m. – Benny Bitterlie III, 18, Chelsea, arrested at the Scharnweber storage bldg., Toledo and charged with carrying weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Toledo Police Dept.

1:30 p.m. – Gergory Curtis Newsome Jr., 19, Toledo, arrested at the Tama Co. Jail and charged with violation of terms of probation by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Office.

4:17 p.m. – Starla Fawn Durnin, 27, Tama, arrested at the Tama Co. Jail and charged with violation of terms of probation by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 4 at 1:15 p.m., shipped out.

4:17 p.m. – Jaramie Bershell Trumbo, 30, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama Co. Jail charged with violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Office.

7:35 p.m. – David Jon Landis, 30, Union, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino and charged with failure to appear by the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

7:35 – Kelcy Dean Bond, 19, Le Grand, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino and charged with violation of no-contact/protective order by the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 6 at 1:45 p.m. after posting surety/bond.

7:35 p.m. – Zackery Tweed Egge, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino and charged with violation of no-contact/protective order and failure to appear by the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 14 at 12:40 p.m. after posting surety/bond.

10:50 a.m. – Christopher Jerome Kapayou, 40, Tama, arrested at the Marshall Co. Jail and charged with four counts of criminal trespassing by the Toledo Police Dept. Released on Sept. 26 at 10:50 after pleading guilty.

12:57 p.m. – Marian Lisa Roberts, 43, Tama, arrested at Hwy. 30 and Business 30 and charged with operating while intoxicated, driving on a suspended license and for Tribal Court by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct 25 at 11:55 a.m. after posting surety/bond.

1:44 p.m. – Cody Allen Ayers, 21, Atkins, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino and charged with possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept. 25 at 5:40 p.m. after posting bond.
