Arrest Report Correction

The following is the correct report for Aug. 28. The report previously published citing Terrell Alonzo Spencer was mis-copied. He does not face domestic abuse and child endangerment charges.

.August 28

8:32 a.m.- Terrell Alonzo Spencer, 18, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Edgewood Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police.

10:53 p.m.- Delmar Gomez-Santiz, 29, Chelsea, arrested in the 300 block of Stevens Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury and five counts of child endangerment.

September 9

10:19 p.m.- Rickee Danielle Lincoln, 25, Toledo, arrested at the 2800 block K Ave. on charges of two counts of assault without intent and obstructing emergency telephone communications by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released Sept. 10 at 9:55 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.

September 10

8:30 a.m.- Gordon Lasley Jr., 23, rural Tama, charged the Tama County Sheriff’s Office with failure to appear by the Sheriff’s Office.

10:59 p.m.- Stevie Ray Youngbear, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of N. Franklin St. on a charge of failure to appear. Released on Sept. 16 at 9:40 a.m. as time was served.

11:48 p.m.- Niome Clarissa McVay, 32, Shell Rock, arrested at 4th St. on charges of interference with official acts and pulic intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 11 at 12:05 p.m. on an unsecured bond.

11:56 p.m.- Kashmir Lewis McVay, 30, Clutier, arrested in the 300 block Main on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released Sept. 11 at 2:27 p.m. on an unsecured bond.

September 12

9:15 a.m.- Tracy Lee Lopez, 46, Tama, arrested at 16th and McClellan streets on a charge of driving with a suspended license by the Toledo Police. Released at 12:50 p.m. on bond.

11:50 a.m.- Jerome Lance Kingrussell, 40, Minneapolis, Minn. arrested at the Hennepin County Jail on charges ofof ongoing criminal conduct, forgery, and on a warrant by the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
