August 27
4:59 p.m.- Sherman Scott Gaulden, 43, Tama, arrested on Highway 30 on the charges of drunk driving and open container by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 28 at 10:55 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.
3:25 p.m.- Aaron Michael Jones, 22, Tama, arrested on S. Broadway/Summit St on the charge of driving with a suspended license. Released at 4:20 on a cash bond.
8:15 p.m.- Christopher Darrell Hunter, 24, Cambridge, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on the charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 28 at 11:05 a.m. on an unsecured bond.
11:21 p.m.- Shawn Lynn Stevens, 38, Altoona, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on the charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 28 at 11:45 a.m. after she pled guilty.
August 28
8:32 a.m.- Terrell Alonzo Spencer, 18, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Edgewood Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police.
10:53 p.m.- Delmar Gomez-Santiz, 29, Chelsea, arrested in the 300 block of Stevens Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury and five counts of child endangerment.
August 29
11:19 a.m.- 16-year-old male arrested at the 700 block S. Church on the charge of assault with a dangerous weapon by the Toledo Police.
4:55 p.m.- 14-year-old female arrested at the 500 block of 2nd St on the charge of criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
4:55 p.m.- Kirsten Marie Lucas, 21, Traer, arrested at the 500 block of 2nd St. on the charge of criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 30 at 8:55 a.m. after she pled guilty.
6:45 p.m.- Rober James Williams, 64, Toledo, arrested at 100 block S. Broadway St. on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 30 at 9:40 a.m. on bond.
August 31
8 a.m.- Carolyn Jane Brownfield, 68, Tama, arrested on the charge of child endangerment by the Tama Police.
4:04 p.m.- Wesley Alan Bear, 34, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police Department on the charge of failure to appear by the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
5:32 p.m.- Rebecca Ann Lux, 30, Toledo, arrested at 16th/Siegel St. on the charge of driving with suspended license by the Toledo Police. Released at 8 p.m. on a surety bond.
