August 17

8:30 p.m.- Treyor James Sealman, 18, Garwin, charged at the Garwin City park on the charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s office.

August 18

4:50 p.m.- Barbara Ann Thompson, 37, rural Tama, charged on the 200 block Meskwaki Rd on the charge of a failure to appear warrant by the Meskwaki Tribal police. Released at 9:15 p.m. on a surety bond.

August 19

3 p.m.- Emmanuel Jerome Dailey, 27, rural Tama, charged on the pow wow grounds on the charges of violation of terms of probation and a warrant by Meskwaki Tribal police.

6 p.m.- Suzanne Jean Svoboda, 60, Clutier, charged on Hwy 30 on the charge of failure to appear warrant by the Toledo Police. Released on August 20 at 10:27 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.

8:54 p.m.- Angel Marie Pena, 27, Garwin, charged on the 300 block 5 C St. on the charge of domestic abuse assault-simple by the Toldo Police. Released on August 20 at 1:21 p.m. on an unsecured bond.

10:38 p.m.- Leonel Contreras Contreras, 23, Des Moines, Charged on Hwy 30 on the charge of driving with a suspended license by the Tama County Sheriff’s office. Released on August 20 at 1:12 a.m. on a cash bond.

August 20

12:04 a.m.- Randolph Larry Papakee Jr, 35, rural Tama, charged on 100 block Deerfield Crossing St on the charge of tribal court by Meskwaki Tribal police.

12 p.m.- 17-year-old female, charged at the 700 block Church St on the charge of assault by the Toledo police.

2 p.m.- Randolph Larry Papakee Jr, 35, rural Tama, charged at the Tama County Jail on the charge of assault without intent by the Tama County Sheriff’s office.

August 21

1:05 p.m.- Chase Lasley-Sanache, 21, rural Tama, charged on Overlook Dr. on the charges of public intoxication and criminal trespassing by the Tama Police. Released on August 22 at 9:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.

2:04 p.m.- Brenton James Roberts, 30, Montour, charged on the 100 block Deerfield Crossing on the charge of tribal court by the Meskwaki Tribal police.

11:29 p.m.- Magdaleno Marceleno-Mendoza, 25, Waterloo, charged at Main & Woodlawn on the charges of drunk driving and open container by Tama County Sheriff’s office. Released on August 21 at 9:45 a.m. on a cash bond.

August 22

4:16 p.m.- 12-year-old male, charged at 700 block McMclellan on the charge of burglary by Tama police.

7:13 p.m.- 17-year-old female, charged at 700 block S Church St. on the charge of assault by Toledo police.

7:16 p.m.- 17-year-old female, charged at Tama county jail on two counts of assault by the Toledo police.

10:16 p.m.- Jose Herrera-Velarde, 45, Kansas City, Kan., arrested on the 2600 block Highway 63 on the charge of driving without a license by Tama county Sheriff’s office. Released Aug. 23 at 9:55 a.m. after pled guilty.

August 23

7:59 p.m.- Laureen Puentes, 43, Montour, arrested on Highway 30 on the charge of driving while license is revoked by Tama county Sheriff’s Office.

August 24

1:52 a.m.- Lauren Kierra Bear, 21, Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on the charge of tribal court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal police. Released on Aug. 31 at 11:15 a.m. by tribal court.

9 a.m.- Laurie Ann Thomas, 28, Cedar Rapids, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor by Tama Police.

12:23 p.m.- 16-year-old female, arrested on a warrant by Toledo police.

8:47 p.m.- James Arthur Roberts Jr, 43, Dysart, arrested on the 400 block of Clark St. on the charge of domestic abuse assault by the Tama county Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 25 at 9:40 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.

August 25

6:43 p.m..- Carl Lavelton Dixon, 38, Clear Lake, arrested at the Union County Jail on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 8 at 12:05 p.m. after pled guilty.
