August 8

8 a.m.- Destiny Ann Wise, 35, Dysart, charged with 2nd degree theft by Dysart Police.

7:42 p.m.- Dale Roger Buffalo, 53, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block Deerfield Crossing for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 10 at 2 p.m.

4:33 p.m.- Kenneth Joseph Kloos, 21, Belle Plaine, arrested on Highway 30 on a charge of driving while license is suspended by Toledo Police.Released on Aug. 10 at 12:05 p.m. after pleading guilty.

August 10

8:30 a.m.- Samantha Jo Collinson, 26, Toledo, arrested in the 1600 block 295th st. on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:30 a.m.- Jason Allan Darter, 34, Toledo, arrested in the 1600 block of 295 Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:15 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:10 p.m.- Felisha Rudy Kapayou, 19, rural Tama, arrested in the 1800 block of Meskwaki Road on a Tribal Court sentence by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 11 at 7:30 p.m.

August 11

2:30 p.m.- Dallas Ray Poweshiek, 51, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street on a charge of public intoxication and on a warrant by Tama Police.

August 12

1:07 p.m.- Jeannette Lynn Holliday, 35, Elberon, arrested on 4th Avenu eon the charges of possesion of a controlled substance and possesion of drug paraphernalia by Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 12 at 4:55 p.m. on surety bond.

August 13

1 a.m.- 17-year-old female charged in the 500 block of 1st Street with possession under age by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1 a.m.- Amanda Jo Hoeg, 19, Traer, charged in the 500 block of 1st Street with possession under age by Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1 a.m.- Jeremy Loren Wrage, 19, Clutier, charged in the 500 block of 1st Street with possession under age by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:50 p.m.- 17 year old female, charged at the Iowa Juvenile Home with assault by Toledo Police.
