July 19
12:52 a.m.- Allen Lane Papakee, 50, Toledo, charged in the 100 block of South Broadway, Toledo, with public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released at 8 p.m. after pleading guilty.
12:19 p.m.- Ian Niles Kapayou, 22, rural Tama, arrested at Arrowhead Trailer Court on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and driving while license revoked by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on July 20 at 10:55 a.m.
1:30 p.m.- Blaine Avery Erickson, 45, Omaha, Neb., arrested at the Montgomery County jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 29 at 2:40 p.m. after posting bond.
6:45 p.m.- Allan Charles Lofquist, 29, Dunbar, arrested at the Linn County jail on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10:23 p.m.- Rhonda Lee Hoyt, 30, rural Elberon, arrested at rural Elberon on a charge of 4th degree theft by Toledo Police.
July 20
3:55 p.m.- Jaramie Bershell Trumbo, 30, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1100 block of South Prospect Drive, Toledo, on charges of going armed with intent, domestic abuse assault 3rd or subsequent offense, interference with official acts, assault on a police officer, jailer or health care worker and two counts of child endangerment by Toledo Police.
5:35 p.m.- Allen Lee Roy Schrader, 21, rural Tama, arrested at a Super 8 Motel, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation and a second warrant by Toledo Police.
9:47 p.m.- Jeremiah Lee Johnson, 35, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Quail Road on a warrant for failure to appear By Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred on July 21 at 1:30 p.m.
July 21
8:30 a.m.- Carl William Graves, 33, Toledo, arrested at the Tama Police department on a charge of 3rd degree harassment by Tama Police.
12:27 p.m.- Allen Lee Roy Schrader, 21, rural Tama, arrested at an un-noted location for Meskwaki Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
5:06 p.m.- Justin Allen Erickson, 21, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of North Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance in premises, motor vehicle or dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:50 p.m. after posting surety bond.
July 22
1:41 a.m.- Pamela May Schoenhut, 52, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of elm Street, Montour on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
July 23
9:15 a.m.- Ryan James Mathews, 25, Dysart, arrested at the Tama Police department on a probation / parole violation by the Department of Correctional Services. Placed on pre-trial release on July 26 at 1:35 p.m.
12:30 p.m.- Ryan James Mathews, 25, Dysart arrested at the Tama county jail on a charge of interference with official acts – Department of Correctional Services by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10:36 p.m.- 16-year-old male charged in the 100 block of McClellan Street, Tama, with public intoxication and possession of alcohol under the legal age.
July 24
10:30 a.m.- Ryan James Mathews, 25, Dysart, arrested at the Tama County jail on a charge of interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on July 26 at 1:35 p.m.
July 25
3:41 a.m.- Cody Jay Hennnings, 19, Traer, charged in the 500 block of South Main Street, Traer, with possession of alcohol under legal age and charged at 5:50 a.m. with public intoxication at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo by the Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.
3:41 a.m.- Brady Michael Van Hove, 18, Traer, charged in the 500 block of South Main Street, Traer, with possession of alcohol under legal age and charged at 5:50 a.m. with .02 or BAL under age 21 at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo by the Sheriff’s Office.
3:41 a.m.- Michael Cheyenne Brezina, 18, rural Traer, charged in the 500 block of South Main Street, Traer, with possession of alcohol under legal age and charged at 5:50 a.m. with public intoxication at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo by the Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.
3:41 a.m.- 16-year-old male, charged in the 500 block of South Main Street, Traer, with possession of alcohol under legal age by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
4:44 a.m.- Gregory Lloyd Proctor, 52, Traer, charged with five counts of providing alcohol to a minor by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on personal recognizance bond at 5:05 p.m.
11 a.m.- Edward Navarro, 37, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo on a charge of public intoxication and a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
5:36 p.m.- Ren Verlyn Corral, 19, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West Highway c30 on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police.
11:33 p.m.- Sheldon Ward Whipp, 46 rural Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant for failure to appear. Transferred on July 26 at 2:42 a.m.
July 27-
8:46 a.m.- Niel Joseph Beck, 47, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 2000 block of Highway E64 on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
2:05 p.m.- Rodriguez, Mario E. 22, Fremont, Calif., arrested at Kwik Star in Toledo on a charge of driving while barred by Toledo Police and at 9:21 P.M. at the Tama County jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
9:28 p.m.- Kyla Jena Sanache, 30, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1300 block of Sesame Drive, Tama , on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on July 28 at 4:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.
11:35 p.m.- Louis F. Saunsoci, 32, Macy Neb., arrested at the Meskwaki Hotel on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred at 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 2.
